DAS

Analysis of Alternatives is the study of alternate technical approaches, associated risks, costs and benefits of each.
Acquisition Strategy
Business and technical management approach designed to achieve program objectives within resource constraints imposed.

Acquisition Program Baseline is the formal agreement signed by Program Manager and those in chain through Milestone Decision Authority (MDA) that documents cost, schedule, and performance thresholds and objectives of that program beginning at program initiation.

System Engineering /Program Management (SEPM) - PM
Program management is the business and administrative planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, controlling, and approval actions designated to accomplish overall program objectives, which are not associated with specific hardware elements and are not included in systems engineering.
LCCE
Provides a financial accounting of all costs that will be associated and required to develop, produce, deploy, sustain, and dispose of a project or program to allow the program manager and stakeholder to acquire the amount of funding.
