What is the management for Talipes Equinovarus?

A

Ponseti method
manipulation + progressive casting which starts soon after birth.
Deformity is usually corrected after 6-10w.
An Achilles tenotomy is required in ~85% of cases but this can usually be done under LA
Night-time braces should be applied until the child is 4y.
Relapse rate is 15%
