What should a properly written outcome contain?
A
A subject (the client or some part of the client), a verb (indicates the action the client will perform), conditions (specifies the particular circumstances by which the outcome is to be achieved), performance criteria (described in observable, measurable terms), the expected client behavior or other manifestation, and the target time.
