Adverse effects of Isoniazid.

A

CHANGE

1) Change in memory
2) Hepatotoxic and Hallucinations
3) Anemia
4) peripheral Neuropathy (Isoniazid inhubits production of Pyridoxal phosphate from Pyridoxine— this side effect can be prevented by giving 10mg/day pyridoxine prophylactically)
5) Gynecomastia
6) Euphoria (and other CNS effects like convulsions etc)
