Interference with the use of oxygen by body tissue (alcohol, narcotics and cyanide poison)

Hypoxic

The point at which the turn may be commenced and type and rate of turn are at the discretion of the aviator (less than 200KIAS).

Turn to side as depicted by the Barbed Arrow (maneuvering side).
Remain within “remain within” distance as described, normally 10NM (5NM Cat. A / COPTER).

Could loose engine control and electrical power. Might go to max power without temperature or overspeed protection. Might shutdown abv 120% NP without re-ignition capability resulting in flameout w/out restart capability.

Circumnavigate thunderstorm cells by at least 20NM(.203 pg 8-24).
