A

1) LCO 3.8.7. Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 AC and DC electrical power distribution subsystems shall be OPERABLE.
2) Applicability: Modes 1, 2, and 3. (NOTE) Division 3 electrical subsystems are not required to be OPERABLE when High Pressure Core Spray System is INOPERABLE.

1) LCO 3.8.8 The necessary portions of the Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 AC and DC electrical power distribution subsystems shall be OPERABLE to support equipment required to be OPERABLE.
2) Applicability: Modes 4 and 5. During movement of recently irradiate fuel assemblies in the primary Containment or Fuel Handling Building.

Condition A: One or more required AC or DC electrical power distribution subsystems INOPERABLE -

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE IMMEDIATE ACTIONS
1) Declare associated supported required feature(s) inoperable.

    OR

2.1) Suspend CORE ALTERATIONS

AND

2.2) Suspend movement of recently irradiated fuel assemblies in the primary Containment and Fuel Handling Building.

AND

2.3) Initiate action to suspend operations with potential for draining the reactor vessel.

AND

2.4) Initiate actions to restore required AC and DC electrical power distribution subsystems to OPERABLE status.

AND

2.5) Declare associated required shutdown cooling subsystem(s) inoperable and not in operation.
