Y view in bed
Board behind patient
Turn PT 45 degree in bed (turn the bed)
Keep the tube same but move higher so it centre on arm

Question 2

OM
Tilt the patients chin to touch board and nose touching board
If petrous ridge still there you can angle 5 degrees

OM 30 same thing but angle 30 degree caudally
