2. child has been removed from the home for 6 months via adoption/placment plan and partent has not fixed the siutation that caused the removal
3. child lived w/out parent for 6 months and parent failed to vist the child and failed to support the child
4. the presumptive legal father is not biological father and best intrest is termination
5. parent has drug or achol abuse and wont change
6. child has been abandoned
7. child been in foster care for 15 of the most recent 22 months
8. physcial abuse lead to death or hosptial
9. parent pleads guilty or nolo contnedre or convicted of murder of other parent
10. conception of child result of rape
11. any other considerations
