Act passed that prevented us from getting involved in the war

Speech made by FDR stating that we should be friends with GB and France and cut off trade and such with Germany Italy and Japan.
Cash and carry policy
Allowed other countries to come to America and buy weapons with cash then take them back to their country
Lend lease act
Allowed the British to borrow weapons from us and either pay us back later or trade something of equal value
Atlantic charter
Secret meeting between Roosevelt and Churchill to talk about opposing the axis powers
Convoy system
System used by US and Britain to carry supplies across Atlantic
Supply ships in middle, battle ships around perimeter
