What are the 4 terms used for directional terminology

A
  1. Frontal plane: a vertical plane that devides the body in half. ( splits the body in half from the side exposing the front of the body.
  2. Sagittal plane: splits vertically through the body dividing it into left and right.
  3. Mid Sagital: centre of the body dividing it into equal left and right
  4. Transverse plane: cuts in half from stomach looking down.
