Case on privileged communication; ruled that what is said in therapy should be privileged communication and not be revealed to a court; case was about Officer Redmond, a police woman, who shot and killed a suspect; afterwards she was admitted to therapy and when the family of the victim sued her, her psychologist was put on the stand but refused to state what was discussed in therapy outside of the case because it was privileged communication
