It shows that if a inanimate object can serve Hashem, then even more so bnai yirsoel should serve Him

He wanted to destroy them and make Moshe a better nation

All the other nations will say, “you brought your nation out of Mitzraim to kill them.”

Why does Hashem say leave Me alone before Moshe even started Davening?
מה היה תשובת רשי?
Hashem is saying if you leave Me alone then I will destroy them
He is giving Moshe an oppertunity to daven

That Hashem can change a decree if you daven
What does ואתחנן?
- He asked for a free gift

What does Moshe ask for?
To go into the land
Why does Moshe think that he can enter the land?
Because he technically was in Israel when he fought a war.

What does Moshe say to bnai yirsoel?
Hashem is mad at me because of you and he says I am asking to much times?
What does it mean that Moshe was asking to much times and it was bnai yirsoels fault?
That bnai yirsoel pressured Moshe to hit the rock and now he can’t go into the land.
What does Hashem tell Moshe to do?
Go to the top of the mountain and look because you won’t go in.
