• Mexico city is on a former lake called Texcoco. Today, the city has 1800 pumps to help remove water. However, rain water doesn’t reach the aquifers.
• People don’t have access to fresh water. Have to rely on trucks to bring water. City buildings are skinking, destroying themselves over time
• People are creating systems to harvest fresh water
