Purposefully caused or recklessly created a risk of public inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm.
What is the definition of Disturbing the Peace?
Engaged in intentional conduct, most people would find annoying or unreasonably disruptive while in public. At least one person must have been disturbed or annoyed.
What are the four elements of unlawful assembly?
5 or more people armed

Unlawfully, riotously, or tumultuously assembled
