Different sources - Bob Wiele used research and publications by Robert Sternberg’s Successful Intelligence and Jerry Rhodes’ Effective Intelligence to formulate the first 3 dimensions. He developed personal spirit based on the work on hardiness, initiative and resilience by researchers Anton Antonovsky, Robert and Suzanne Khobasa et al.

It is a universal common language, known around the world. It’s easy to remember It helps to direct behaviour. It directs to changes in thinking approaches. It’s a way to align the thinking work of different people to get on the same page, collaborate and avoid collisions
