  • Naltrexone: Reduces craving and relapse
  • Acamprosate: Weak NMDA antagonist, GABAa Agonist
  • Disulfiram: Inhibits ALDH inhibitor; Sweating, headache, nausea, etc. few minutes after drinking alcohol
