A

You have the right to your own religion, speech, press, peacefully assemble, and petition the government for a redress of grievances.

If your government is taking over, you have the right to keep and bear arms. You have the right to protect yourself from the government.

A

You have the right to remain silent. You can not be a witness against yourself. You can not be trialed twice, the punishment gets worse but they can not punish you for the same thing twice.
