The right to bear arms
Amendment 3
No soldier is to be quartered during time of peace without the consent of the owner or during war only when ordered by the law.
Amendment 4
Protects the people against unreasonable searches and seizures

Protects the people from being held for committing a crime unless they have been formally accused with of or charged with a serious crime by the police.
