Express: terms are stated and agreed upon

The Sale of Goods Act 1979
governs business to business and private to private contracts.
SALE: owenerhsip of goods passed as soon as contract is formed
AGREEMENT TO SELL: ownership of goods tranferred from seller to buyer after formation of contract
The Consumer Rights Act 2015
governs business to consumer contracts for sale of goods/services
SALES CONTRACT: transfer ownership of goods to consumer who agreed to pay the price
HIRE PURCHASE: leasing goods for periodic payments, have option to purchase at the end of leasing period
CONTRACT FOR HIRE: trader provides consumer the right to utalise goods for a limited time
CONTRACT FOR TRANSFER OF GOODS: goods exchanged without money
