Where did Jesus go on Palm Sunday?
Jesus went to Jerusalem.
What did Jesus ride on, on his way to Jerusalem?
Jesus rode on a donkey.
What were the people in Jerusalem doing when he came?
They greeted him like the true king and saviour. They lay palm leaves and their coats on the ground, for him to ride on and also waved palm leaves.
Many people were very happy of Jesus’s arrival? Who weren’t?
The priests and the Romans weren’t happy of the arrival of Jesus.
Why weren’t the priests happy?
The priests were not happy because Jesus was getting a lot of attention and no one was paying attention to them.
What were the priests thinking of doing to Jesus?
They were going to arrest and kill him but this happened also because of Judas as he was the one who betrayed Jesus.
What is the last supper about?
It is the last dinner Jesus would have with his 12 disciples before getting crucified.
Jesus said two important things about the food that supper-what did he say?
Jesus told all the disciples that they should eat the break and drink the wine. He said that the bread represented his body and that the wine represented his blood.
How was Jesus betrayed with a kiss?
Judas had gone up to Jesus and kissed him on the cheek. This was the way Judas would pick out who Jesus is to the soldiers. Immediately, He got arrested.
What did Jesus die on?
Jesus died on a cross. Before he had to carry a cross, Jesus was forced and mocked with wearing a crown of thorns.
