A

  2. we suffer because we exist and every being within the Samsaric cycle suffers.
  3. suffering comes in many forms: old age, sickness, and death.
  4. suffering happens all the time, it could be from an injury, old age, or death.
  5. people also suffer from frustration, fear, disappointment, and sadness.
  6. there are positives to suffering such as comfort and compassion

  1. can make them less selfish and think more of others as they are aware that we all suffer.
  2. they want to deminish the suffering of others through doing kind deeds and acts.

3.it can make them more tolerant of the disappointments in life.

  1. makes them deal with grief and loss as they understand that suffering is caused by the desire for permanence.
