A
- all life is suffering
- we suffer because we exist and every being within the Samsaric cycle suffers.
- suffering comes in many forms: old age, sickness, and death.
- suffering happens all the time, it could be from an injury, old age, or death.
- people also suffer from frustration, fear, disappointment, and sadness.
- there are positives to suffering such as comfort and compassion

how can Dukkha affect Buddhists
A
- can make them less selfish and think more of others as they are aware that we all suffer.
- they want to deminish the suffering of others through doing kind deeds and acts.
3.it can make them more tolerant of the disappointments in life.
- makes them deal with grief and loss as they understand that suffering is caused by the desire for permanence.

A
1.it’s the 2nd Noble Truth that causes suffering through craving and desire.
- it’s the desire to be a being with a personal identity

- it is a sensual of desire which can be anything that brings pleasure.
