  • The law to protect German blood and honour
    These are known as the Nuremberg laws

Why is this significant ?

A

Meant that only those of German blood could be German citizens
Meaning
Jewish people lost their citizenship, right to vote and hold government office

A

It forbode marriage or sexual relations between Jewish and German citizens
Marriages taken before this law were legal but were encouraged to divorce but few did so
