A

Bri built Dreadnought from 1906 (Germ boats called funf minuten). Dominance now depended on no. Of dreadnaughts. (Germ felt if they catch up and began building ships so it could be great naval power too).

A

Germ’s military planned to finish the war quickly before it had a war on two front. It would invade FR quickly through Belgium capturing Paris,before the Russian good mobilise its forces to attack Germany.
