A

The local Irish attacked the planters,
the estates were too big,
the land wasn’t suitable for English farming style due to battles,
20,000 settlers were expected by 4000 came,
many undertakers left and became absentee landlords,
wrong kind of people came to Munster,
the undertakers were renting land to the Irish,
they didn’t build bawns,
Hugh O’Neill has sent an army and chased the planters away.
