Explain the role of a prison chaplain.

A
  1. Help to rehabilitate offenders
  2. Give support to prisoners who are the most vulnerable in society
  3. Not necessarily religious
  4. ‘Love thy neighbour’ - even though the chaplain may not be fond of the prisoner they still show them compassion b/c they are the most vulnerable in society - Parable of the Good Samaritan.
