What is a Plane?
The simplest form upon which something with a distinct shape can exist, and from which multi-dimensional forms must be fashioned
What is a Realm?
Each plane has within it multiple realms of activity. Analogous to Earth being a Plane, and each country being a Realm.
What is a Region?
A region is a part of the realm which signifies a certain stage of progressing from one kind of activity and into another kind of activity.

What is a Sphere?
A sphere is a snapshot of existence as a whole, with various regions, realms, and planes all interacting in order to compose it.

The Plane of Spirit is a pure, transcendental level of existence.
What is the nature of the Plane of Spirit?
It is triadic in nature
What is the Plane of Spirit composed of?
It is composed of pure Consciousness, pure Essence, and the stratum of pure Life (Zoe) where Consciousness and Essence interact.

The Plane of Soul
What are the two primary realms composing the plane of Soul?
Desire (Astral) and Idea (Mental)
What is the Astral Realm?
The astral realm is the energetic substratum of the Plane of Soul. It is energy which has progressed from the pure Essence of the Plane of Spirit, and now resides in a more mixed and movable form.
What is the Mental Realm?
The ideas and thought-forms of the mental realm are a progression from the divine mind of the plane of Spirit. All correspondences and qualities emerge from the mental plane.
What is the middle ground between astral energy and mental idea?
The Life Realm of the Psychic Plane
What is the Plane of Matter?
That which is physical, but we will extend “physical” to include the vital energies.
What are the two primary realm divisions of the plane of matter?
The Physical Realm and The Vital Realm
What does the Physical Realm consist of?
To the physical realm we attribute all chemical creation. All solid matter, even plasma or vapor, falls under the classifications of the physical realm.
What does the Vital Realm consist of?
To the vital realm we attribute everything which underlies physical existence, and is necessary for its continuation. All of the energies of life are considered vital in nature, as are the subtle forces, such as atomic magnetism and cohesion.
