who exalt service above personal gain and who
recognize their chosen occupation as a life work. - Practitioners have freedom of action, opportunity for
continuous professional growth, and economic
security.

- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate

Ex. Raising the siderails of the hospital bed to
prevent the patient from falling.

Ex. Having the knowledge of the medications
that will be administered to the patient

Ex. Being able to know and meet the needs of
your patient.
Communication
Ex. Communicating with the patient’s
guardians so they know what to do in case of
emergencies in your absence.

Giving of authority or autonomy to perform
something.
