  • ice pack
  • cryokinetics- ice 20 mins, exercise 5 minutes. 5 bouts of exercise for 2/3 minutes
  • cryostretch- ms. spasm/ contusion and relax
  • ice massage
  • connective tissue stretch- heat 15 mins, then stretch, then place cold pak for another 15 mins. combo heat and cold
