What is the first mandate of leadership?
See it as it is, not worse than it is. ( See things as they are.)
Due to fear or preconditioning past experiences, people make it worse than it is.
What is the second mandate of leadership?
See it BETTER than it is.
The most important thing to have this is to have a COMPELLING FUTURE. If you can see a bright tomorrow anything that happens today you can still deal with it move on.
NO SLEEP but FULL OF ENERGY vs GOOD SLEEP wake up with NO ENERGY
What is the third mandate of leadership?
Make it the way you see it.
That requires
1) STRATEGY
2) ENERGY
Most important is ENERGY
Energy affects every aspect of your life, children, business relationship, spirituality
Example of how energy affects relationships
In a relationship TWO LOVING COUPLES , how will the relationship be with LOW energy with HIGH energy?
Low Energy- Tired, exhausted, work work
High Energy- They have TAKEN CARE OF their wellbeing

Breakthrough is not a Change.
Change is inevitable progress is not

What was an AREA where you struggled, but you created a BREAKTHROUGH?
1, What was your BREAKTHROUGH? What was the situation you struggled with for a long time and then finally broke through?
2, What was the MOMENT that changed it all? What TRIGGERED it? What made it a MUST?
3, What made it possible for that change to LAST? New belief, strategy, tool?
How to give an empowering contest to your story?
If the story is “ everything that happens in my life happens for a reason and I need to find the reason”
Tony Robbins: “ if I was a well fed kid do you think I will be serving billion meals”
Change your story change your life if you make an empowering story from being a victim to a Victor
Importance of STATE.
Eg, EXCITEMENT IN KRIYASHAKTI
STATE-Right state; eg, new found love, you want to do everything, but after a few years
To change state- your physiology or body POSTURE has to change.
We are stuck in a state and not able to move on.

WHAT IS YOUR IDENTITY?
The way we judge our identity is by our consistent action.
Eg, people who die for a specific cause.
Identity is the controlling force in everything that we do
Eg, buying a rolls-Royce car versus Toyota Corolla and then justifying it. It is just difference in their identity of who they are.
Buying an expensive purse $5000 which takes less than $100 to make it versus buying a $50 purse
Change identity equals change story equals to your life

How to change your IDENTITY
Using the word “ I am ………” will create an identity if done repeatedly. Shahrukh khan
It is just like creating a NEW POSSIBILITY after identifying the hidden commitment
Exercise- Bored and snap back exercise. Changing excitement to board slowly first and then quickly. Write down who when you’re bored shoulder down and then shake it up and write down who you are after getting excited
bored and tired, stand back bored and tired snapback. Slowly and then faster and faster… then finally excitement state for one to two minutes
