° Tread depth on the steer axle is no less than 4/32 of an inch. 2/32 of an inch on drive & trailer axles. I will check this by using a tire tread depth gauge

° Treads are evenly worn, not cut, or cracked

° Are all accessible, not missing, broken, or damaged

° Cap is not missing and tight

° Securely mounted, not damaged, not cracked, not bent

° no illegal welds

° No rust trails wich indicate looseness

° Bolts holes are not out of round ( elongated)
