specs. I will check this by using an air tire gauge.

( Condition )

Sidewall and threads are not cracked, cut,
no bumps or bulges. It has no damage that exposes tire plies. Steers tires can’t be
re-treaded, re-capped or re-grooved.
All tires are radial in size.

Question 3

( Depth )

Thread depth on the steering axle tires can’t be no less than 4/32 of an inch.
The drive & trailer tires no more than
2/32. I will check this by using a tire tread gauge. Treads are evenly warn.

( Air valve system )

The stem is accessible, not missing, not damaged or broken. Cap is not missing and is tight.

( Rim )

Securely mounted, Not cracked, Bent or damaged. No illegal wields. No rust trails that indicates looseness.

( Studs & Bolt Holes )

Studs are securely mounted, not MISSING,
not LOOSE, not BROKEN. Bolts holes are not out of round, ENLOGATED.

( Lug Nuts )

All legs are PRESENT, not LOOSE and are TIGHT. No shiny threads or rust trails which indicates looseness.
