-High hydrostatic pressure forces water out by osmosis which goes to the cells.
-Exchange of substances (hormones, CO2) happens in the cells.
-Tissue fluid is made at the cells.
-Some water is then forced back in to the capillaries by osmosis due to low water potential.
-Excess tissue fluid is absorbed by the lymph vessel and the water is then recycled back into the cardiac cycle.
