1) Osteophytes and posterior capsule
2) Deep MCL
3) Posteromedial capsule (semimembranosou; affects extension)
4) Superficial MCL (flexion)
5) Posterior oblique ligament (Extension)
6) PCL

If knee still does not balance of extensive release consider lateral side tightening
