Tn is an inherited permanent condition, in which the cells lack B-3-D galactosyltransferase, and the cells appear to have some A antigen on them when tested with anti-A antisera. Typically, they give positive reactions with both Dilichos Biflorus, and Salvia Sclarea. They may also exhibit field reactions in the group A typing.
