What was the most unexpected thing you have learned while working here?

based on what in know about the role and the experience i can bring to the table i am targeting 55,00 to 70,000 down depending on some variables that we can discuss later on in the process. how does that align with the range you have for the role
talk about a time that you failed
AT the start of my research I could not get the any of the fingerprints or the controls to show bands when I knew there should be. i tried a few time and still nothing so i had to take a step back and go through each step of the method to determine where the error was occuring. After many trials i finally discover where the problem lied and I was able to fix it to where i started to get reliable data.
DO you prefer working independently or as a team
I enjoy working both independently and on a team. Both have their advantages. I like working independently to be able to take ownership of the work. I also like collaborating with others, which can lead to a diversity of ideas and perspectives

I try to understand their perspective and maintian profession and postive attitude. I beilive that approaching the situation with empathy, clear communication and focuing on the task at hand we can work together and have a successful outcome
