- Decide on 3-5 Outcomes that you want to work towards
- create a inspiring statement about the outcome
- write down the purpose for the outcome
- create to-do list for outcomes and other
- priorities to-dos
- put star next to the must dos
- schedule it in calendar
- visualise you self going through the day and think of ways it could go wrong and how you would fix it
