  • Decide on 3-5 Outcomes that you want to work towards
  • create a inspiring statement about the outcome
  • write down the purpose for the outcome
  • create to-do list for outcomes and other
  • priorities to-dos
  • put star next to the must dos
  • schedule it in calendar
  • visualise you self going through the day and think of ways it could go wrong and how you would fix it
