Usefulness: The product enables users to achieve the goals that it was designed to carry out
Effectiveness: The product is easy to use and it can be used with few or no errors
Learnability: The system for operating the product is easy to learn and users can understand how to use it after a reasonable amount of training. Easy to re-learn as well.
Attitude: User’s perception, feelings and opinions of the product.
