Moxonidine (alpha 2 adrenergic agonist )
Centrally acting agonist at I1 imidazoline receptors and alpha2 adrenoreceptors, it reduces BP by reducing sympathetic tone.
Moxotens or Physiotens
This medicine may make you feel drowsy and may increase the effects of alcohol. If you are affected, do not drive or operate machinery.
You may feel dizzy on standing when you first start taking this medicine or when the dose is increased. Get up gradually from sitting or lying to minimise this effect; sit or lie down if you become dizzy.
Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly unless your doctor tells you to.

Ketorolac (NSAID)
Short-term treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis
Prevention and reduction of inflammation associated with cataract surgery
Acular 5mL
Precautions:
Aspirin- or NSAID-induced hypersensitivity reactions (eg asthma, urticaria or rhinitis)—contraindicated.
Treatment with ocular corticosteroids—may increase risk of healing problems as both ocular NSAIDs and ocular corticosteroids may delay healing.
Treatment with prostaglandin analogues—NSAIDs may increase or decrease the effect of prostaglandin analogue eye drops on intraocular pressure (IOP); consider monitoring IOP if NSAID eye drops are being used long term.
Ocular infection—due to their anti-inflammatory effects, NSAIDs may mask symptoms of infection.
