A

◦Blanc: Sauvignon Blanc and max. 20% Sauvignon Gris (Until the 2016 harvest, white wines from Touraine AOP may be produced from Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Orbois, max. 20% Chardonnay and a max. 20% Sauvignon Gris)
