Q

sustainability features?

A

ICE CHILLER PLANT:
Located in the concourse level. We make ice at night when the electricity rates are lower, and we melt it during the day, then we pass on savings to existing tenants.

Although we’re 8-8, we start the ice plant at 7, so we meet the specification by 8. So really we’re a 13 hour building if you will.

Q

Can we run supplemental air?

A

Yes, but in order to run the supplemental air, you have to run the floor air.

It’s a bit of a misconception, some people think you can run supplemental air like your own system, but what that does is it brings moisture into the base building plant, so you have to run the fans on your floor.
