A

Request or signal a driver of a vehicle to stop as soon as practicable using

A

A

Green sticker- if you believe on reasonable grounds that the vehicle fails to comply with regulations or rules
Pink sticker- if you believe on reasonable grounds that a vehicle on a road is not in a condition to be driven on a road

A

A

An enforcement officer may require the owner/hirer of a vehicle to give within 14 days all information which may lead to the identification and apprehension of a driver or passenger.
Can require owner of a vehicle used to flee a police pursuit to immediately give all information available to them that would lead to the identification and or apprehension of the driver

A
