What is our shift sequence?
The shift sequence is just things servers need to keep track of, such things consist of the Matrix, an email day-to-day for events and promos. Then our preshift. Pre-Shift is everyday before work. It’s something for the managers to check our Image for the day, service focus, menu item focus, wine focus, promos and map and shift formation.
What do we check for our Bomb Sweeps?
Alignments Cleanliness S&p shakers B&b plates Floors Chairs Candles lit Details around the section
At the end of the service shift, what must be done?
At the end of each shift, Bomb sweeps and closing side work are required.
What are the 4 Priorities of a server?
- Immediate greet/ first rounds
- Hot food hot/ cold food cold/ bar drinks
- Full hands in/ full hands out
- Immediate bus
What are the 3 C’s for a server?
- Communication
- Circulation
- Consolidation
What is the 3- tier buddy system?
- My section
- Buddy’s section
- My zone

If you look on the back of our menu, you can see our list of italian-American wines, as well as handcrafted beer and cocktails from top to bottom. We also do serve pepsi products for non-alcoholic beverages. What may i start you off with?
How would you go about the IMMEDIATE GREET PART TWO?
As your taking a look at our menu, i’d like to draw your attention to the items that have a bocce ball next to them. Thos are our signature items, which are always guests favorites. While your deciding on your entree may i start you off with a personal favorite starter, the tenderloin sliders?
