2. MOI, chief complaint, #of patients, calll for ALS, are there any immediate life threats
3. General impression: age, conscious, cc, positioning
4. C-spine
5. AVPU
6. Check carotid pulse for 5-10 seconds

1. Has patient responded
2. Is there any facial swelling or anything blocking the airway
3. Inspect mouth for blood/vomit, suction as needed
4. Size and appt OPA

1. Rate rhythm quality
2. Initiate high flow oxygen
3. 2 quick lung sounds
4. Expose and inspect chest for symmetrical chest rise and fall, any life threatening injuries

1. Check carotid and radial pulses for 10 seconds rrqe?
2. Blood sweep
3. Skin color temperature and condition
