A

Eat only fruits you can peel.

In many countries, illnesses (traveler’s diarrhea) can be caused by food or water contaminated with bacteria, viruses or parasites. Therefore, unless fruits can be washed with a chlorine solution, it is suggested that traveling employees peel raw fruits prior to eating them.

Bottled water is recommended. Meat should be well cooked as it may contain harmful organisms.
