Severe abdominal pain

Loss of consciousness

Treatment?

A

Hyoscine Hydrobromide - 300 Microgram - Kwells:
Administer 30 minutes before the start of the journey to prevent travel sickness occurring, or at the onset of nausea.
13+: 300mcg every 6 hours if required.
Maximum 900mcg in 24 hours.

Not recommended in -

  • children under 10 years.
  • Glaucoma patients
  • alcohol drinkers

ORRRR

Cinnarizine - Stugeron 15 Tablets:
Administer 2h before travelling

13+ years: 2 tablets, then 1 tablet every 8 hours if required during the journey.

5-12 years: 1 tablet then half a tablet every 8 hours if required during the journey.

Not to be given to children under 5 years.
Not for pregnant or Breastfeeding women
