A Motion for Judgment may be made after the close of plaintiff’s evidence (if by the defendant) or at the close of all the evidence (by either party). The Motion may only be granted if no reasonable person could differ as to the outcome.

This motion is only permitted if the party properly and timely moved for judgment in the first place.
