initial phase: RIPE
rifampicin
isoniazid
pyrazinamide
ethambutol
pyridoxine (vit B6) may be prescribed alongside for peripheral neuropathy
2 MONTHS
continuation phase:
rifampicin
isoniazid
4 MONTHS
Latent TB - 3 months of rifampicin + isoniazid or 6 months of isoniazid
- pts with latent TB aged 35-65 should be cleared of hepatotoxicity

- can’t have contact lenses
