A

El bacilo inhibe la fusión del fagolisosoma del macrófago, las CPA llegan al ganglio linfático y esto activa los Linfocitos Th1. Estos producen INF-gamma que activa los macrófagos y los diferencia en histiocitos epiteloides y forman granuloma blando.
