A vehicle must have been constructed or adapted to carry a driver by land sea or air
pedal bikes are not included

A
- the vehicle was driven dangerously in a public place
- an accident occurred causing injury
- damage was caused to anything other than the vehicle
- damage was caused to the vehicle
