What is a single-blind procedure?

A research method in which researchers do not tell the ppts if they are being given a test treatment or a control to avoid DC.

A
A small scale version of an investigation which is done before the real one to modify potential issues

What is a double-blind procedure?
A
neither the ppts or the researcher knows who is recieving a particular treatment to prevent bias.

A
Sets a baseline with which results from the experimental condition can be compared toi this one.
